Due to the overwhelming crowd, spectators in the stands had difficulty viewing Messi. Following the departure of Messi and his team, public outrage erupted at the Yuva Bharati Krirangan, commencing with the tearing down of banners in the galleries, citing mismanagement. This escalated to a barrage of bottles being thrown from the stands towards the field.
As the anger intensified, chairs in the galleries were destroyed. Ultimately, the fencing surrounding the field was broken, and enraged spectators rushed onto the pitch from all directions.

Reports indicate that officials from Satadru Dutta's company are also among those summoned. They have been instructed to report to the police station on Tuesday.
According to sources within the Bidhannagar police, all summoned individuals had some involvement in Saturday's event. The six companies were responsible for various aspects of the event, including those in charge of providing water and cold beverages, as well as ticket distribution.
The police have also directed the ticket distribution company to freeze its accounts and ensure that funds do not reach Satadru's company. Representatives from these companies will be interrogated at the police station on Tuesday to assess their roles in the event's organization and determine if any negligence occurred.
