Keralam, April 2 (NationPress) Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Thursday, commended Vinita K.K., the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) booth President from Wayanad, asserting that she possesses the potential to outperform the current MP, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, in a public debate. He encouraged party members throughout Kerala to amplify their door-to-door outreach in preparation for the upcoming state elections.

During his interaction with grassroots BJP workers from Kerala through the NaMo App as part of the 'Mera Booth Sabse Mazboot' initiative, the Prime Minister emphasized the importance of enhancing grassroots engagement and expressed his belief in their capability to confront political rivals.

In this session, PM Modi engaged with several party workers, including Vinita K.K. from Mananthavady in Wayanad district. He urged local media to facilitate a public debate featuring her and the sitting MP, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, expressing confidence that the BJP leader would excel in the discussion.

"I genuinely believe you will deliver a superior speech compared to the sitting Congress MP (Priyanka Gandhi Vadra)," stated the Prime Minister, underlining the significance of confidence and preparation among the grassroots cadre.

PM Modi prompted the party members to intensify their door-to-door campaigns and convince voters to support the BJP and the NDA in the forthcoming elections. He remarked, "You (People of Keralam) have entrusted 75 years to Congress and the Communists. Allow the BJP and NDA five years," encouraging the party workers to disseminate the party's governance achievements in states where it holds power.

He advised BJP workers to visit each voter at least three times before polling day, which is set for April 9, stressing the necessity for consistent engagement to foster trust and support.

In discussing the political situation in Kerala, PM Modi criticized both the ruling Left Democratic Front (LDF) and the Opposition United Democratic Front (UDF) for their roles in propagating corruption and communal politics. He asserted, "The LDF and UDF not only disseminate corruption and communalism but also inflict double harm upon Kerala."

Using a sports analogy, the Prime Minister cited Indian cricketer Sanju Samson as a source of inspiration for BJP workers. He noted, "Just as we witnessed (cricketer) Sanju Samson during the recent World Cup, his performance surged as the tournament progressed, fueled by his dedication to the game. From start to finish, his focus, confidence, and intensity continuously escalated."

He emphasized that, similar to athletes who peak during critical moments, BJP workers should enhance their focus, confidence, and intensity as election day nears. "As voting approaches, our (BJP workers') activities and outreach should become increasingly vigorous, reaching every household," PM Modi urged, motivating the party cadre to remain dedicated and proactive.

The Prime Minister also observed a noticeable shift in public sentiment in Kerala. "I have sensed a unique enthusiasm among the people of Kerala towards the BJP, which is being recognized as a pivotal moment in Kerala's political landscape," he stated, adding that the momentum of the election campaign reveals a longing for change.

"It is evident that Kerala is not only seeking a new government but also a new system," he concluded. This interaction was part of the BJP's ongoing initiative to energize its grassroots network in Kerala, aiming to broaden its electoral presence.

PM Modi also conversed with numerous party workers, including Dileep Kumar from Kondotty, Sreekumar V. from Adoor, and Anitha Kumari R. from Chirayinkeezhu, encouraging them to persist in their efforts with unwavering dedication and confidence.
