New Delhi, Jan 18 (NationPress) The Minister of State for Defence, Sanjay Seth, visited the National Cadet Corps (NCC) Republic Day Camp (RDC) on Sunday, referring to the cadets as a vital connection between India's illustrious history and its bright future.
He characterized the Republic Day Camp as a testament to the youth's discipline, dedication, and leadership abilities.
Upon his arrival, he was honored with a 'Guard of Honour' presented by the NCC cadets, followed by a remarkable band performance from The Scindia School, Gwalior.
In his address to the officers and cadets, Seth stressed that Republic Day signifies more than just a national celebration; it serves as a tribute to our Constitution and the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters.
He motivated the cadets to adopt a swadeshi mindset, highlighting the substantial rise in Indian startups, which have surged from around 800 to over 200,000 in recent years, thanks to initiatives like Startup India launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
