Chandigarh, Oct 31 (NationPress) Major General Jagdeep Singh Cheema, who served as the Additional Director General of the NCC Directorate for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh, officially transferred his responsibilities to Major General Bharat Mehtani on Friday, marking the end of his 37 years of dedicated military service.
