Mumbai, May 31 (NationPress) Renowned actor Pankaj Tripathi, back with season 4 of the acclaimed streaming series ‘Criminal Justice’, expresses that he can seamlessly immerse himself into the character of Madhav Mishra due to his unique connection with the character through his Aadhar.
In a conversation with IANS during promotional activities, the actor shared insights into his character preparation. Given the extensive workload for actors like him, he maintains a straightforward approach by reading through the character and revisiting episodes from past seasons. Once the signing amount is credited, the characters naturally flow through him.
Pankaj noted, “I have my Aadhar linked with Madhav Mishra. There’s no complicated methodology involved. Initially, we absorb the story; if we resonate with it, we proceed to a few readings alongside the entire cast. Director Rohan sir is present, and during this phase, we grasp the fundamental aspects.”
The Aadhaar is a twelve-digit unique identity number that Indian residents can voluntarily obtain, based on biometrics and demographic data, making it the world’s largest biometric ID system.
The actor further elaborated, “If there’s an existing character that requires attention, we’ll watch some episodes from the previous season. Beyond that, it’s about the signing amount and then channeling the character.”
‘Criminal Justice’ is a gripping crime thriller legal drama series available on Hotstar Specials, inspired by the 2008 British television series of the same name. The fourth season also features Surveen Chawla and Shweta Basu Prasad.
Produced by Applause Entertainment in collaboration with BBC Studios India and directed by Rohan Sippy, ‘Criminal Justice’ season 4 can be streamed on JioHotstar.
