The actress took to her social media platforms to unveil her stunning look ahead of the premiere of her film The Bluff.

Chopra captivated onlookers in a radiant yellow draped outfit that seamlessly merged tradition with haute couture, making a significant statement about India’s evolving fashion identity on the world stage.

The collection of images showcases the dramatic flow of Chopra's bright yellow attire trailing elegantly as she walks the carpet. The soft draping hugs her curvaceous figure like a modern saree, complete with a daring thigh-high slit.

In her post, Priyanka remarked, “This look is a tribute to Ercell Bodden, my character in The Bluff. In the film’s opening, she appears with a dupatta over her head, symbolizing identity and strength.”

She continued, “I adore sarees, and when I first saw this piece on the couture runway last month, it felt like a saree with a modern touch. We immediately contacted Gaurav to reserve it for me.”

“Its simplicity carries a quiet strength. The meticulous tailoring, the way it drapes and flows, feels both rooted in tradition and forward-thinking, and the vibrant yellow resonates with the colorful essence of India. Regarding The Bluff, Priyanka has garnered positive feedback for the trailer alone.

The trailer released in January showcased Priyanka as a wounded yet resilient woman determined to protect her child, facing injuries and threats with boldness and tenacity.

Priyanka’s performance is compelling, executing intense fight and action scenes that are both captivating and powerful.

The film, set in the late 1800s, follows the journey of Ercell Bodden (played by Priyanka Chopra), a former pirate known as “Bloody Mary.”

After escaping her merciless crew, she creates a new life for herself in the Cayman Islands. However, her past soon resurfaces, compelling her to confront the violent world she once inhabited.
