New Delhi, Dec 15 (NationPress) In the month of November this year, a total of 60,450 public grievance cases were logged from various states and Union Territories (UTs), while 70,598 public grievance cases were successfully resolved, resulting in a decrease in the overall backlog, as reported by official data on Monday.

Uttar Pradesh led the nation in disposals for November, handling 25,184 public grievance (PG) cases, followed by Delhi with 7,989 PG cases.

The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) issued the 40th monthly report for November 2025, detailing the Centralised Public Grievance Redress and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for States and UTs.

The report highlights a notable increase in PG case resolutions, climbing from 63,305 in October to 70,598 in November.

As of November 30, 2025, there are 1,65,930 pending PG cases on the CPGRAMS portal across all states and UTs, with 23 states/UTs having over 1,000 pending cases each.

The data indicates that 57,180 new users registered on the CPGRAMS portal in November, with 8,739 registrations from Uttar Pradesh. The Feedback Call Centre received 70,141 responses during the same month, of which 28,669 responses were collected from various states and UTs.

The report also includes a state-wise analysis of grievances submitted through Common Service Centres in November 2025. CPGRAMS has been integrated with the Common Service Centre (CSC) portal, accessible at over 5 lakh CSCs linked to 2.5 lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs). Additionally, the report mentions that 984 training courses have been completed under the Sevottam Scheme over the past four Financial Years, training approximately 32,939 officers.
