The highlight of the event, titled 'Sadhana Samavesha', is set to unfold in Hospet, located in the Vijayanagara district of northern Karnataka.
CM Siddaramaiah expressed, "In the last Assembly elections, over seven crore Kannadigas placed their confidence in us and supported us with their votes. Staying true to our commitments, we have rolled out various guarantee schemes alongside development initiatives. Today marks two years since the launch of the Karnataka Development Model, aimed at nurturing social justice, harmony, and inclusive growth for all citizens of Karnataka."
He added, "I extend my heartfelt gratitude to every resident of the state who has supported us in the journey of rebuilding a robust, empowered, and harmonious Karnataka. Your backing is our strength, and we look forward to your continued cooperation in the future."
Furthermore, Siddaramaiah highlighted the initiative of Samarpane Sankalpa, where over 1.11 crore families are being granted Kandaya Grama Hakku Patra (land rights documents), signifying a historic move towards land justice. "This embodies the Congress model of dignity, equity, and empowerment," he emphasized.
He further remarked, "The people of Karnataka, a robust demographic of seven crore, placed their trust in us, voting in overwhelming numbers to elect our government with an exceptional majority. In return, we are delivering a governance framework grounded in guarantees, ensuring that the trust of the populace is well-placed."
Deputy CM and State Congress President D.K. Shivakumar stated, "In these past two years, we have demonstrated that our five guarantee schemes are indeed transformative. The success stories arising from these guarantees motivate us to accelerate development in the forthcoming days. These guarantees have become integral to the lives of the people, positioning the Congress governance model as a standard for the nation."

According to Shivakumar, "These two years have brought happiness to countless families and purpose to our endeavors. Our foundation of five guarantee schemes initiated two years back has evolved into a beacon of self-respect and success throughout the state. With an annual allocation of Rs 52,000 crore, our guarantees have fortified families economically and fueled their aspirations."
The Karnataka government is poised to celebrate its two-year tenure in office by distributing land ownership records to over one crore individuals and unveiling a statue of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
