The Governor highlighted that people-centric policies, transparent governance, and accountability have fortified public confidence in the administration.
He expressed gratitude to the freedom fighters who made the ultimate sacrifice and to the vigilant soldiers protecting the nation's borders, acknowledging that their dedication propels India forward on the global stage.
During the event, the Governor awarded the President’s Police Medal to police officers and personnel. He also recognized officers, employees, and individuals who have excelled in various domains and made significant contributions to social service and cultural endeavors.
The celebrations included lively cultural performances by folk artists, showcasing Rajasthan's rich cultural heritage and traditions.
Earlier, on this significant occasion of the 77th Republic Day, Governor Haribhau Bagde paid respects to martyrs by laying a wreath at Amar Jawan Jyoti near the Sawai Mansingh Stadium and observed a moment of silence.
The Governor also recorded a message of appreciation in the visitors' book at the memorial.
