The examination cycle will kick off on January 11 with the Deputy Commandant Exam-2025, initiating a year-long series of recruitment tests.
The Commission has laid out proposed dates for 16 examinations scheduled between January and November 2026, while also allocating five additional dates from April to December for prospective recruitment exams.

RPSC emphasized its history of conducting 160 recruitment examinations online from 2012 to 2018, underlining its dedication to adopting advanced and reliable examination systems.
According to RPSC Chairman Utkal Ranjan Sahu, releasing the exam calendar early is intended to give candidates ample time for effective preparation. He mentioned that sharing exam dates alongside or shortly after advertisements aids aspirants in staying mentally prepared and completing their studies within a defined timeframe.
He noted that the 2025 exam calendar was executed with 100 percent compliance, and the Commission is equally committed to conducting the 2026 examinations in a timely manner.
The proposed calendar encompasses a variety of exams, including the Assistant Engineer Combined Recruitment Main Exam from March 15 to 18, the Sub-Inspector/Platoon Commander Exam on April 5, the Veterinary Officer and Assistant Agriculture Engineer Exams on April 19, followed by the Professor and Senior Teacher examinations in May, June, and July.
Exams for Junior Legal Officer, Statistics Officer, Factory and Boilers Inspectors, Assistant Director and Senior Scientific Officer, and Conservation Officer will also take place between July and November. Additional dates in April, May, November, and December are reserved for further RPSC recruitment processes.
The Commission stated that the proposed dates will be revised based on recruitment advertisements issued as necessary, with detailed examination schedules provided as required.
