While announcing the calendar, Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma stated that this initiative is designed to empower youth in their preparation.
“To shape the future of our youth, we have introduced a year-long recruitment calendar for one lakh vacancies. This will keep candidates informed about notifications, application timelines, examination schedules, result announcements, and appointment letters beforehand,” said the Chief Minister.
He underscored the government's commitment to ensuring timely examinations and maintaining fairness and transparency at every level.
According to the recruitment calendar, government job examinations will occur throughout the year for positions in education, police, medical services, engineering, agriculture, electricity, water resources, statistics, IT, and administrative departments.
Notable recruitments will encompass teachers at various levels, police constables and sub-inspectors, junior and assistant engineers, medical officers, nursing staff, paramedical roles, clerks, laboratory assistants, technical staff, agriculture supervisors, and development officers, as well as positions in water resources, energy, and statistics departments.
The calendar specifies examination months from January to December, providing candidates ample time to prepare without uncertainty.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Sharma also introduced the Rajasthan Youth Policy-2026, which aims to enhance opportunities for youth through education, skill development, and governance participation.
Under the Rajasthan Employment Policy-2026, the state government aims to create 15 lakh job opportunities by March 2029 through job generation and entrepreneurship encouragement.
The Chief Minister additionally launched the Youth Self-Employment Scheme, which will offer one lakh youth interest-free loans to start micro-enterprises.
