Jaipur, Nov 10 (NationPress) Infusing a sense of celebration and opportunity for the youth of the state, the Rajasthan government, led by Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, has unveiled an ambitious initiative. In December, an "Employment Festival" (Rozgar Utsav) will take place, where 20,000 young individuals will receive their appointment letters.

This event symbolizes not just a celebration of new job placements but also heralds a new era of employment and self-sufficiency within the state.

Chief Minister Sharma has directed officials to expedite all outstanding recruitment processes, ensuring that qualified candidates are appointed promptly.

Highlighting the government's commitment to empowering the youth, he stated, "Youth power is Rajasthan's greatest strength. Our mission is to guarantee dignified employment for every eligible young person so that their abilities contribute to building a robust state."

During the Employment Festival, appointment letters across various government sectors will be distributed, including 900 roles in the Jail Department, 2,500 livestock assistants in the Animal Husbandry Department, approximately 14,000 positions in the Medical and Health Department, 2,600 posts in the Rural Development Department, and over 100 roles in the Mines Department.

To date, around 92,000 youths have been appointed during the current BJP-led government’s tenure.

With an additional 20,000 appointment letters being issued in December, the total will reach 1.12 lakh.

The Chief Minister has instructed all officials to maintain transparency and efficiency throughout the recruitment process, from announcements to examinations, results, and document verification.

He has also recommended the deployment of extra personnel and resources as needed to avert any delays in procedures.

Chief Minister Sharma reiterated that job creation is a paramount priority for his administration.

Expressing optimism about the initiative, he remarked that the upcoming Rozgar Utsav would serve as a "beacon of hope for thousands of families", reflecting a new employment framework where government, industry, and society collaborate for the future of Rajasthan's youth.

This initiative conveys a strong message that job creation is an ongoing endeavor in Rajasthan.

The Employment Festival is poised to not only alleviate unemployment but also fortify the state’s economy and social cohesion, paving the way for a more self-sufficient and thriving Rajasthan.
