Did Sarbananda Sonowal Lead the Tiranga Yatra in Assam's Dibrugarh and Tinsukia?

Guwahati, May 16 (NationPress) Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal took part in the Tiranga Yatra at the Chowkidingee area of Dibrugarh and the Manav Kalyan locality in Tinsukia on Friday to commemorate the triumph of Operation Sindoor.

This event was a tribute to the Indian Armed Forces and to Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisive leadership during this crucial and effective counterterrorism operation.

During his address, Sarbananda Sonowal remarked: "The extraordinary success of Operation Sindoor showcases the bravery, strength, and unyielding spirit of our Armed Forces. Our capabilities have once again led to a significant victory over Pakistan and its terror networks.

"This also conveys a clear warning to terrorists and their sponsors in Pakistan – India will not tolerate any threats or acts of terrorism and will respond swiftly to any provocations. The strong leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reaffirmed that this is a New India — one that can respond with strength and precision to any threat against the nation."

The Union Minister expressed, "It fills me with immense pride to participate in the Tiranga Yatra alongside many citizens in both Dibrugarh and Tinsukia. This is a moment of inspiration and unity as we extend our heartfelt greetings to the Armed Forces for their successful operations against Pakistan-sponsored terror and a fitting response to their sinister designs. We stand resolute in facing any challenges ahead. Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Modi, India has emerged as a nation prepared to give an appropriate response to any act of aggression."

The Tiranga Yatra has become a powerful emblem of national unity and pride, especially in light of the successful Operation Sindoor.

As India celebrates the valor of its armed forces and the firm stance against terrorism and its supporters, the Yatra symbolizes a collective homage to the Tricolour.

Previously, PM Modi encouraged every citizen to join the Tiranga Yatra as a reaffirmation of India's steadfast commitment to safeguarding its sovereignty and honoring the sacrifices that uphold the nation’s dignity.
