Jammu, March 7 (NationPress) A collaborative conference convening high-ranking officials from the Indian Army, Border Security Force (BSF), and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) took place on Saturday at the Northern Command's headquarters situated in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir.
