Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair addressed the audience virtually, emphasizing, 'The evolution of Telangana since its inception in 2014 to a significant day like today symbolizes a robust promise for the future. Former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan, who participated via video conference, highlighted that the vision document emphasizes embracing new technologies to enhance governance that is more transparent, inclusive, and effective.

Suman Bery remarked that Telangana has already achieved the status of an upper-middle-income economy according to World Bank classifications - a goal India aspires to reach in the next five years.
