Hyderabad, Dec 9 (NationPress) The Telangana Rising Global Summit etched its name in history as an astonishing 3,000 drones created the longest aerial sentence ever recorded.

This remarkable Guinness World Record was set during the final session of the two-day summit, held at the future site of Bharat Future City on Tuesday night.

The drones collectively formed what is now touted as the world's longest aerial sentence: 'Telangana is Rising. Come Join the Rise'.

The dazzling display illuminated the night sky, reflecting the state's ambitious Vision 2047.

The spectacular drone show followed the unveiling of the vision document by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy at this prestigious event.

Previously, a robot captivated the audience by presenting the Vision 2047 document to the Chief Minister.

The document was introduced in the presence of notable figures including former RBI Governor Duvvuri Subba Rao, former Chief Economic Advisor Arvind Subramaniam, NITI Aayog Vice Chairman Suman Bery, Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra, Telugu film legend K. Chiranjeevi, and many others.

Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair addressed the audience virtually, emphasizing, 'The evolution of Telangana since its inception in 2014 to a significant day like today symbolizes a robust promise for the future. The state has transformed itself into a beacon of technology, agriculture, and inclusive growth, setting an example for global regions.'

Former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan, who participated via video conference, highlighted that the vision document emphasizes embracing new technologies to enhance governance that is more transparent, inclusive, and effective.

'The next steps involve implementation, ongoing feedback, and timely adjustments to actualize this vision. I eagerly anticipate being part of this transformative journey,' he remarked.

Arvind Subramaniam noted, 'Telangana is not just a location on India's map; it has gained recognition on a global scale as a cradle for the country's IT revolution. The Vision Document outlines the next stage of transformation, transitioning from a vibrant IT-driven economy to a people-centric technological ecosystem, signifying a crucial advancement in the state's development path.'

'Telangana is emerging as India's leading growth state, with Hyderabad solidifying its position as the central hub for Pharma, Bio, and Services. With remarkable progress, a skilled youth workforce, and a vision for a developed Telangana, the state is indeed unstoppable,' emphasized Subba Rao.

Suman Bery remarked that Telangana has already achieved the status of an upper-middle-income economy according to World Bank classifications - a goal India aspires to reach in the next five years.

'In this context, Telangana's ambition to secure a global position is both timely and fitting. NITI Aayog is honored to assist the state in defining this vision, and we are prepared to partner with Telangana at every stage of its developmental journey,' he concluded.
