Mumbai, June 5 (NationPress) Actor Sanjay Kumar Sahu has attracted significant attention for his compelling performance in the psychological thriller "Black White & Gray - Love Kills".
He stunned audiences as a man implicated in a series of murders.
Among those impressed by Sanjay's talent is director and co-star Tigmanshu Dhulia, who expressed his surprise upon witnessing the actor's on-screen prowess.
Interestingly, during the promotional events for "Black White & Gray - Love Kills", Tigmanshu initially mistook Sanjay for a local assistant, unaware that he is a trained actor from FTII.
Tigmanshu recalled, “I thought he was just an ordinary individual. I had no clue he was an FTII graduate until much later.”
Despite sharing the same cast, Tigmanshu and Sanjay do not appear together in "Black White & Gray - Love Kills".
The naturalness of Sanjay’s performance belied his rigorous acting training.
It was during the promotional phase that Tigmanshu recognized Sanjay's remarkable capabilities.
Sanjay's acting journey began in college, where he balanced academics with folk theatre. He earned a spot at FTII in 2012, establishing himself in notable projects like "Haseen Dillruba" (2021), "Atrangi Re" (2021), and "Raanjhanaa" (2013).
Directed by Pushkar Sunil Mahabal, "Black White & Gray - Love Kills" explores a sensational serial killing case.
Tigmanshu and Sanjay are joined by a talented ensemble cast including Isha Mate, Abhinav Gupta, Singh Rajni, Abhishek Bhalerao, Nishant Shamaskar, Mayur More, Palak Jaiswal, Deven Bhojani, Hakkim Shahjahan, Edward Sonnenblick, Kamlesh Sawant, and Anant Jog.
