New Delhi, April 18 (NationPress) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reassured citizens that their safety is the government's foremost concern amidst alarming reports of adverse weather conditions, such as thunderstorms, rain, hailstorms, and lightning affecting multiple districts.

He stated that the safety of the populace is the primary focus of his administration.

In a message posted on the social media platform X, the Chief Minister sought to alleviate public anxiety and delineate the state government's immediate response strategy.

He expressed, "Dear residents of the state, reports of thunderstorms, rain, and hailstorms have come in from numerous districts. However, there is no need for alarm. The safety of every resident is the priority of your government."

The Chief Minister has instructed district officials in the impacted areas to conduct swift and comprehensive surveys to evaluate the damage inflicted by the severe weather. He underscored the necessity for rapid and effective relief measures to ensure that affected individuals receive prompt assistance.
