Adani Total Gas Reports 12% Revenue Growth in Q3, Expands PNG Connections to Over 9 Lakh Homes

Ahmedabad, Jan 27 (NationPress) Adani Total Gas Ltd (ATGL) announced a 12 percent rise in operational revenue during the third quarter of FY25, reaching Rs 1,397 crore.
The company's EBITDA for the first nine months of the fiscal year amounted to Rs 893 crore, reflecting a 6 percent increase year-on-year, as stated by India’s prominent energy transition firm.
According to Suresh P Manglani, ED and CEO of ATGL, “ATGL has upheld its growth trajectory by prioritizing a customer-centric approach and delivering impressive operational results, with a significant 15 percent increase in volume year-on-year.”
Despite a decrease in APM gas allocation, he noted that “Team ATGL successfully ensured a steady supply of CNG to our vast consumer base by acquiring additional gas supplies through alternative sources.”
For ATGL, the allocation of APM gas for the CNG (T) segment was cut from 63 percent to 51 percent starting October 16, 2024, and then further to 37 percent from November 16.
Manglani emphasized the company's commitment to accelerating the expansion of PNG and CNG infrastructure across its 34 geographic areas (GAs), including the newly added Jalandhar GA in Punjab.
In Q3, the firm boosted its CNG stations to 605 by adding 28 new stations and expanded PNG home connections to 9.22 lakh, incorporating 28,677 new households.
Furthermore, it increased industrial and commercial connections to 8,913 with the addition of 167 new consumers.
Together with IndianOil-Adani Gas Pvt Ltd (IOAGPL), the company now boasts a combined total of 999 CNG stations, with 41 new stations introduced in this quarter. PNG home connections surpassed the 1-million mark, reaching 1.09 million nationwide, impacting over 4 million lives daily.
IOAGPL is a joint venture between Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) and Adani Total Gas Limited.
Additionally, ATGL has established two wholly-owned subsidiaries: Adani TotalEnergies E-Mobility Ltd (ATEL) and Adani TotalEnergies Biomass Ltd (ATBL) to enhance its E-Mobility and biomass operations.
As of now, approximately 1,914 EV charging points have been set up across 226 cities, with charging stations now available at 20 airports throughout India, as reported by the company.
