The features of Apple Intelligence are now accessible in a broader array of languages, including localized English tailored for Singapore and India, as well as French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified).
With the launch of iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4, users can utilize Writing Tools to rewrite, proofread, and summarize text, or respond effortlessly using Smart Reply. For those communicating in multiple languages supported by Apple Intelligence, these features adjust according to the language in use.
Users can also eliminate distracting elements from images using Clean Up, discover new creative ways to visually express themselves with Image Playground, and craft the ideal emoji for any occasion with Genmoji. With the Rewrite feature, Apple Intelligence allows users to select from various versions of their text and modify the tone—be it professional, concise, or friendly—to match the audience and task.
The Proofread feature checks grammar, word choice, and sentence structure while offering edit suggestions, complete with explanations that users can review or accept with ease. Users can also highlight text and receive a summary formatted as a concise paragraph, bulleted key points, a table, or a list.
