“Digital transformation is now a strategic necessity that underpins resilience, relevance, and long-term value creation. Jaquar Group’s dedication to leveraging data, AI, and automation within its ecosystem showcases a forward-thinking approach,” stated Arundhati Bhattacharya, President and CEO of Salesforce-South Asia.
To facilitate this transformation, Jaquar Group will deploy a range of Salesforce solutions to boost performance across different functions.
This includes Consumer Goods Cloud to improve sales efficiency, CPQ and Partner Community Cloud for streamlined pricing and enhanced partner collaboration, and Field Service to equip internal teams and contractors with superior on-ground service delivery.
Additionally, Tableau will drive analytics across the enterprise, allowing data-informed decisions throughout Jaquar Group’s sales and service operations.
With operations in over 55 countries and a workforce exceeding 12,000, Jaquar is adopting Salesforce as its comprehensive customer-facing solution across essential divisions.
“In a landscape where markets are becoming increasingly dynamic and digitally-oriented, maintaining a competitive edge requires adaptive systems, intuitive platforms, and proactive insights. This partnership marks a significant shift—transitioning from traditional upgrades to a reimagined operational and engagement model,” remarked Ninad Raje, CIO of Jaquar Group.
As Salesforce continues to innovate its product offerings, it is pushing the limits of enterprise AI with Salesforce Agentforce, enabling businesses to create and implement AI agents capable of autonomously executing tasks across various functions.
“We are honored to collaborate with visionary companies like Jaquar that are not just rethinking customer engagement but are also setting new standards for operational excellence in the manufacturing and consumer goods sector—well-positioned to leverage the next wave of innovation with agentic AI,” Bhattacharya added.
