New Delhi, Jan 25 (NationPress) To empower game developers in India, the Game Developer Association of India (GDAI) has partnered with the innovative gaming firm KGeN to host the “Road to Game Jam” challenge, as announced on Saturday. This initiative is part of the ‘Create in India Challenge Season 1’, which falls under the government’s ‘World Audio Visual Entertainment Summit’ (WAVES).
The program aims to enable Indian game developers to influence the future of the gaming landscape by presenting groundbreaking innovation and creativity.
Since its inception, the ‘Road to Game Jam’ has attracted 5,496 game development enthusiasts, representing 1,622 distinct colleges across India. Participants have come from 446 cities, which include 28 states and 8 Union Territories.
The ‘Road to Game Jam’ offers game developers a renewed chance to engage in this thrilling initiative.
