New Delhi, Aug 18 (NationPress) India is fundamental to Nothing’s worldwide strategy, as stated by Akis Evangelidis, Co-founder and President for India, on Monday. The London-based tech firm is embarking on a thrilling growth phase in the Indian market.
The company has appointed Hemant Kundavaram as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Nothing India.
Kundavaram brings over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, specializing in fundraising, investor relations, IPOs, and capital market operations, which will be crucial for steering the company's financial strategy in this significant market, the company highlighted.
Evangelidis remarked, “Kundavaram's proven expertise in financial operations and capital strategy will be essential as we rapidly scale and enhance our footprint in India.” He further asserted, “With him on board, we’re solidifying our foundation to expedite growth and realize our vision of expanding from India to the globe.”
Kundavaram expressed enthusiasm about being part of this remarkable journey, stating, “I’m eager to contribute to this next chapter as the company accelerates its growth and fortifies its presence in India. I anticipate establishing a robust financial foundation that aligns with our rapid growth and reinforces the brand’s vision for India.”
Before joining Nothing, he held various positions at Ford India, IBM, and Rockwell Collins, transitioning to promoter-led startups in 2015. Most recently, he was the CFO at PMI Electromobility.
This appointment signifies the second significant leadership hire for Nothing India, following the appointment of Evangelidis as President.
