He further remarked, “This unprecedented flexibility and investor-centric framework demonstrate Punjab’s dedication to emerging as the most investor-friendly state in India.” The government reiterated that the Industrial and Business Development Policy -- 2026 is set to transform the industrial landscape, enhance Punjab’s competitiveness, and generate extensive employment prospects for the youth.
The state government has also extended an invitation to local and international investors to explore the myriad opportunities in Punjab and engage in the Progressive Punjab Investors’ Summit 2026, which will take place from March 13-15 at Plaksha University in Mohali. This summit will highlight Punjab's new industrial vision and investment prospects.
