While rumors circulated suggesting that Mr. Perfectionist may have taken on a role in the film's distribution, Aamir Khan Productions has firmly denied these claims. They asserted that Aamir's participation is simply a friendly acknowledgment towards director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rajinikanth.
A spokesperson from Aamir Khan Productions clarified, stating: "Neither Aamir Khan nor anyone from his team is involved in the distribution of 'Coolie'. Aamir has not reached out to any exhibitors or distributors. His cameo is solely a reflection of his friendship with director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rajinikanth."
