Mumbai, Sep 16 (NationPress) - Actor Ahan Shetty, attending the renowned New York Fashion Week (NYFW) for the first time, expressed that the energy, creativity, and diversity of voices coming together create a truly unique experience.

Reflecting on his time at NYFW, Ahan shared with IANS: “Experiencing New York Fashion Week is incredibly inspiring.”

He showcased an effortless sense of style in a charcoal cardigan elegantly layered over a crisp white shirt, complemented by perfectly tailored trousers. The actor appeared sophisticated with sleek, minimalist accessories and striking dark sunglasses.

“The energy, the creativity, and the diversity of voices here contribute to such a unique experience. I thoroughly enjoyed being immersed in that atmosphere and witnessing how fashion continually challenges boundaries while remaining connected to contemporary times,” he remarked.

Ahan previously shared a sneak peek of his stylish look for the NYFW on Instagram, stating: “My first New York Fashion Week.”

On the professional front, Ahan is set to release his upcoming epic war drama “Border 2,” featuring stars like Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, and Varun Dhawan. The film is scheduled for release on January 22, 2026.

Directed by Anurag Singh, “Border 2” also stars Medha Rana, Mona Singh, and Sonam Bajwa, with production by Bhushan Kumar and JP Dutta.

While the original ‘Border’ depicted the Battle of Longewala, ‘Border 2’ is said to revolve around the 1999 Kargil War, a conflict marked by Pakistani troop infiltration across the Line of Control (LoC) and the occupation of Indian territory in Kargil district.

India's response involved a significant military and diplomatic initiative to expel the Pakistani intruders.

This film, directed by Anurag Singh, is a sequel to the 1997 film “Border,” an epic portrayal of the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War events. The original was directed by J. P. Dutta and featured notable actors including Sunny Deol, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna, and others.

Ahan will also star in an Indian horror film inspired by a real tragedy, written by Patrick Graham, who returns to Hindi-language horror. This project aims to deliver a theatrical horror experience that intertwines scares with romance, based on a true historical event. The casting for the female lead is ongoing, and details regarding the title and director are yet to be disclosed, as reported by variety.com.
