Mumbai, March 10 (NationPress) Renowned television actress Aishwarya Khare, known for her portrayal of Lakshmi in Zee TV’s "Bhagya Lakshmi", recently undertook one of the most strenuous challenges in her acting career.
In a gripping episode, Malishka (played by Megha Prasad) ensnared Lakshmi in a cold storage facility at a hospital, where she aimed to unveil the truth regarding her pregnancy. This sequence demanded Aishwarya to portray a genuine and emotionally charged performance as Lakshmi battled the frigid conditions in a perilous situation.
To achieve the desired chilling ambiance, the production team constructed a specialized storage set, utilized a fog machine, and employed Lohan to create thick fog. They also had to turn off the air conditioning to maintain the fog. Despite the temperature being controlled, enduring nearly six to seven hours in a hot, foggy environment proved to be a significant test of resilience.
The crew implemented all essential safety protocols, including frequent breaks and medical oversight. Nevertheless, delivering lines and sustaining expressions in such a demanding environment necessitated extraordinary focus and commitment.
Reflecting on her shooting experience, Aishwarya shared, “Filming this sequence was among the most challenging yet exhilarating moments of my career. To preserve the fog effect in the room, we had to disable the AC, resulting in a very warm space that complicated the shoot. Maintaining expressions, delivering lines, and remaining in that environment for extended periods required substantial concentration and stamina. Yet, as actors, we welcome these challenges to enhance the authenticity of our performances. I am sincerely thankful to my team for prioritizing my comfort and safety throughout the shoot. These experiences encourage my growth in this craft, and I cherish every moment of it.”
It remains uncertain whether Lakshmi will escape the cold storage in time or if Malishka’s malevolent scheme will lead to a tragic conclusion for Rishi (played by Rohit Suchanti) and Lakshmi’s love story.
