Sarod maestro Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan has described his wife Subhalakshmi Borooah Khan's vocal debut on the family album Chants for Unity as bringing 'an intimate and deeply personal dimension to these sacred chants.' The album, conceived and composed by the entire Bangash family, features nine tracks — with Subhalakshmi lending her voice to five sacred compositions.

A Family Album Rooted in Devotion

Chants for Unity is a collaborative labour of devotion, bringing together Ustaad Amjad Ali Khan and his sons Amaan Ali Bangash and Ayaan Ali Bangash, who have jointly conceived and composed the project.
