Mumbai, Nov 7 (NationPress) Punjabi superstar Ammy Virk has extended his warm wishes to his wife on their anniversary, expressing heartfelt gratitude by saying, "Thank you so much for everything."

Ammy, known for his discretion regarding his personal life, shared a post on Instagram featuring a lovely moment with his wife.

The snapshot captures Ammy and his wife seated in the front of a luxurious car, driving through the night. They are seen holding hands, with the car's interior illuminated by striking red seats.

In the caption, he mentioned: "Happy anniversary sardarniye! Thank you so much for everything, I don’t have the words to describe how wonderful you are…"

On the professional front, Ammy’s latest film is titled “Godday Godday Chaa 2”, directed by Vijay Kumar Arora. This film narrates the tale of a vibrant Punjabi village, where women take the helm of traditional wedding ceremonies, igniting a humorous contest of cleverness as both sides strive to outwit one another with increasingly intricate and imaginative strategies. The film also features Gurpreet Bhangu and Gitaj Bindrakhia.

Reflecting on the first part, “Godday Godday Chaa” debuted in 2023. This Punjabi family comedy-drama, set in the 1980s and 1990s, stars Sonam Bajwa, Tania, Gitaj Bindrakhia, and Gurjazz, and won the Best Punjabi Feature Film award at the 71st National Film Awards.

Ammy has also launched Villagers Film Studio and a distribution company named In House Group. He is well-regarded for the Nikka Zaildar series, Qismat & Qismat 2, Harjeeta, and Angrej.

His films Angrej and Qismat rank among the highest-grossing Punjabi films ever.

Ammy made his entry into Bollywood with Bhuj: The Pride of India, directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya, and subsequently appeared in Kabir Khan’s 83, starring Ranveer Singh.

He has also featured in films like Bad Newz and Khel Khel Mein.
