Los Angeles, April 19 (NationPress) Hollywood star Jennifer Aniston revealed that she was entirely nude in a sauna when fans chose to approach her.
Aniston, who gained fame alongside Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and the late Matthew Perry for her role as Rachel Green in the beloved 1990s sitcom 'Friends', was asked about the most unusual place she had been recognized as her character.
The 56-year-old actress told Travel+Leisure magazine: "Not surprisingly, I've found myself in vulnerable situations, like undressed in a steam room, or in a sauna or some sort of a spa, either half-covered or completely naked."
Aniston mentioned that she struggles with aerophobia, but has been working on it recently through hypnosis in an effort to "eliminate all of those superstitions" regarding danger when flying.
The actress disclosed that she has “an extreme fear of flying,” according to femalefirst.co.uk.
“However, I have been practicing hypnosis lately, and one of the requirements is to rid myself of all those superstitions. I have not been relying on the right hand, right foot—and now it’s surprisingly effective! Engaging in a good meditation can really help you navigate through.”
Despite her progress, she still faces challenges with over-packing and is attempting to learn how to travel light.
She explained: "I’ve been making a strong effort to become an under-packer because I am notoriously an over-packer. You simply don’t know where you’ll end up on any given day, or what mood you’ll be in.
"My girlfriends really appreciate me because they can typically borrow anything they’ve forgotten—I’m providing a service! I pack all my T-shirts, then underwear, bras, socks, workout gear, and they just stack on top of each other, which is super helpful for everyone involved."
