Mumbai, Feb 23 (NationPress) Renowned Bollywood actor Anupam Kher revealed that he brought his celebrated play ‘Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai’ to life even while battling severe foot pain, labeling the experience a “victory against all challenges.”
Through an Instagram post, Anupam showcased a series of snapshots from his performance in a full house.
“Last night at my play Kuch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai was genuinely a TRIUMPH AGAINST ALL ODDS! Prior to the show, my foot was in excruciating pain. Each step was a reminder. But once the lights illuminated the stage and the play commenced… I completely forgot about it,”
he expressed, attributing this to the “magic of live performance.”
“Theatre possesses a joy, an immediacy, and an energy that no other medium can replicate. It demands complete presence, making it impossible to hide. In that presence, pain simply vanishes,”
he elaborated.
Anupam conveyed that standing on stage and narrating his personal journey, encompassing “failures, rejections, and doubts,” to an audience was profoundly therapeutic.
“This is my method of healing. And perhaps, in some small measure, it aids others too. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended. Your applause wasn’t merely appreciation; it was strength. Because indeed… The show must go on. Har Har Mahadev!
