Mumbai, Dec 16 (NationPress) Veteran actor Anupam Kher referred to his unexpected journey to Varanasi as a moment of divine intervention following the cancellation of his flight to Khajuraho, which allowed him to receive blessings at the Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Anupam shared a video on Instagram discussing the unforeseen change in his plans due to the flight cancellation.

In the video, he expressed in Hindi: “Look, my luck is exceptionally good today. I was on my way from Hyderabad to Khajuraho, but the flight was cancelled. So, I have come to Kashi Vishwanath Dham to pray. And today is a Monday. Today is Banna Ekadashi and I am here.”

The actor noted the positive ambiance surrounding him.

When asked about his visit to Kashi, Anupam replied: “Yes, it felt wonderful. It was God's will. He wanted me to come for his darshan today. So, my flight was cancelled. I got to enjoy delicious food here, met my friend Upadhyayji, and had the chance to visit Baba Kashi Vishwanath's temple too.”

He then elaborated on his bond with Kashi, stating: “This connection is very old. Every Indian shares a deep-rooted connection with Kashi, regardless of their origin. This city is incredible. The energy here is remarkable. The moment you arrive, you feel revitalized.”
