Athiya Shetty Showcases Her Unique Perspective on Love

Mumbai, Dec 25 (NationPress) On the special occasion of her parents' wedding anniversary, actress Athiya Shetty posted a touching image of her father Suniel and mother Mana, stating that it represents her definition of love.
Athiya utilized her Instagram stories to share a beautiful monochrome snapshot of her parents from their wedding ceremony.
She captioned it: “My definition of love. Happy Anniversary.”
Suniel and Mana have been happily married since 1991 and are proud parents of two children: daughter Athiya and son Ahan Shetty.
In November, Athiya and her spouse KL Rahul revealed their pregnancy news.
The couple announced the wonderful news via their Instagram accounts, sharing a heartfelt message. Athiya and Rahul are expecting their first child in 2025. They included a note stating, “Our beautiful blessing is coming soon. 2025.”
The announcement was complemented by visuals of tiny feet and an evil eye emoji. In April this year, speculation about Athiya expecting circulated after her father, Suniel Shetty, made a “nana” comment on a popular dance reality show.
His remarks led to widespread conjecture that Athiya and KL Rahul might soon be welcoming a baby.
Athiya and Rahul first crossed paths in 2019 through a mutual friend, instantly forming a connection. Over the years, their relationship blossomed, and after several years of dating, they got married in 2023. Their intimate wedding ceremony took place at Suniel Shetty’s farmhouse in Khandala, attended by close family and friends.
Regarding Suniel, he is set to appear in “Welcome To The Jungle,” featuring stars like Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt, and Disha Patani, among others. This film marks the third installment of the “Welcome” franchise, which first debuted in 2007.
The original “Welcome” was directed by Anees Bazmee and featured Feroz Khan (in his final screen appearance), Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Paresh Rawal, and Mallika Sherawat. It was loosely inspired by the 1999 comedy Mickey Blue Eyes.
