Mumbai, Dec 18 (NationPress) Actress and VJ Bani J, known for her role as Umang in 'Four More Shots Please', discussed how her character has empowered individuals to express their sexual identities. In an exclusive interview with IANS, she shared that she frequently receives heartfelt messages from viewers.
When queried about the feedback she has garnered for her impactful role, Bani noted, "Since I began portraying Umang in season 1, my inbox has been inundated with messages and rainbow emojis, with people coming out daily from diverse backgrounds."
She further elaborated, "Initially, there were numerous inquiries, with many asking, 'How do I do this?' However, the character of Umang, particularly the explicit ‘coming-out scene’ in the show, has been a source of inspiration for many."
