Mumbai, Feb 10 (NationPress) Following their success with hits like Silsila and How Are You, the renowned composer team of Clinton Cerejo and Bianca Gomes, collectively known as Shor Police, have created the soundtrack for the upcoming film Dhoom Dhaam, featuring Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi.
The soundtrack comprises six tracks in total. Although the complete album has yet to be unveiled, the first romantic single, Silsila, performed by Arijit Singh and Jonita Gandhi, along with the upbeat track How Are You, sung by Clinton Cerejo, Romy, Benny Dayal, and Asees Kaur, has already resonated well with audiences.
Additionally, the pop-rock number Haseeno, which carries a fun and slightly cheeky tone suited for Pratik Gandhi’s comedic moments, is brought to life by Vishal Dadlani, while the mid-tempo rock anthem Madman On The Run features vocals by Bianca Gomes.
The album also includes the energetic track Kanda Chubha, performed by Sonu Kakkar and Cardo Fxreva. The final composition from Dhoom Dhaam, Chanchal, is a ghazal-inspired piece by Muheet Bharti.
Discussing their involvement in the project, Clinton Cerejo noted, “I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from Aditya Dhar. When he shared the film's synopsis, it sounded like such a delightful project that we immediately knew we wanted to be a part of it. Witnessing the songs trend and receiving so much love from the audience has been truly rewarding.”
The duo collaborated closely with Aditya Dhar and director Rishab Seth to realize the film’s artistic vision. “Aditya and Rishab had a distinct vision for each scene and song. There were instances where we had Yami listen in to ensure everything meshed perfectly with the film's tone,” Clinton Cerejo shared.
When inquired about the album, Bianca Gomes expressed, “We have immense respect for Aditya's meticulous attention to detail, whether in instrumentation, structure, or the lyrics crafted by Siddhant Kaushal. He also grants us the liberty to explore and innovate with each song. Working with directors like him is a pleasure, blending enjoyment with creative satisfaction. I’m incredibly thankful for the affection the songs have garnered and hope listeners will love the rest of the album just as much.”
Dhoom Dhaam is set to premiere on Netflix on February 14, 2025.
