Chennai, Mar 4 (NationPress) Australian cricketer David Warner has made a cameo appearance in the upcoming Telugu action film ‘Robinhood’, directed by Venky Kudumula and starring Nithin in the lead role, as revealed by one of the film's producers, Y Ravi Shankar.
During a promotional gathering for the film ‘Kingston’, which features G V Prakash in the lead, the producer was asked for updates about ‘Robinhood’ by the event's host.
In response, he shared that David Warner has a cameo in the film, much to the excitement of fans and cinema enthusiasts. He then promptly apologized to Venky Kudumula for sharing this information without prior consent.
“We are thrilled to have introduced David Warner to Indian cinema through ‘Robinhood’,” he stated.
On Monday, Telugu actor Nithiin, who stars in ‘Robinhood’, attended a promotional event for G V Prakash’s upcoming sea horror fantasy film, ‘Kingston’. Nithiin and his team for ‘Robinhood’ participated in the event to support G V Prakash, who is not only the lead but also producing ‘Kingston’.
The title ‘Robinhood’ reflects the character Nithiin portrays – a thief who robs from the wealthy to aid the less fortunate. His character, named Honey Singh, is involved in numerous heists.
