During the pre-release event for ‘Robinhood’, starring actors Nithiin and Sree Leela, David Warner expressed, “Namaskaram. Thank you all. I truly appreciate your presence. From the depths of my heart, I want to extend my gratitude for the support over the last 15 years. It means a lot to me.”

“To Mythri Movie Makers and director Venky, I felt quite anxious transitioning from my sporting attire to entering the film industry. You encouraged me to come on board. I reached out to Sree Leela to convey how honored I am for the opportunity to be part of this movie, and I wanted to ensure its success. I was apprehensive about joining your family and this new world, but I sincerely thank you for welcoming me,” he elaborated.

“To my co-stars, based on what I have observed, this film looks extraordinary. Kudos to all of you for your dedication and work ethic. I am confident this will be a massive hit. Wishing you all the best for the future,” he added.

When director Venky prompted him to say something in Telugu, Warner joyfully responded with, “Ninna Neenu Premisthunnanu” (I love you), much to the delight of the fans and audience present at the event.

The title ‘Robinhood’ features Nithiin as a thief who robs from the wealthy to aid the needy. He portrays a character named Honey Singh, involved in a series of heists. Nithiin’s character is fearless and has no ulterior motives, prepared to confront anyone for the right cause.

The film's release has been rescheduled to March 28 this year, having originally been set to premiere last year.
