Mumbai, Feb 25 (NationPress) Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh, known for his globally celebrated Dil-Luminati Tour, has provided a glimpse into his daily life as he transitions from a desi munda to an “English Boi”.

The talented actor-singer recently posted a video on his Instagram that captures a day in his life. The clip opens with Diljit whipping up a culinary delight in the kitchen, complete with commentary. He is seen making an omelette and toasting bread, followed by a refreshing juice to energize and kickstart his day.

Upon stepping outside, he was greeted by strong winds, which he humorously referred to as a “windy windy day” while adopting a British accent. He proceeded to conduct a photoshoot in the serene surroundings of the woods.

Afterward, he took some time to create music, and later found the perfect staircase for a sun-kissed photo opportunity. In a moment of self-adoration, Diljit exclaimed, “Woah, look at this beauty, I need my spoon right there”.

Eventually, he attended a meeting with producers, expressing his fatigue but still managed to give it one last shot before wrapping up for the day.

Previously, the actor-singer shared the initial look from his upcoming film ‘Punjab '95’. He took to Instagram to share a series of images showcasing his character in the movie.

He captioned the post, “I Challenge the Darkness. Punjab 95”.

The film is centered around the life of human rights activist Jaswant Singh Khalra, who served as a bank director in Amritsar during the militancy turmoil in Punjab. Following significant events like Operation Blue Star, the assassination of Indira Gandhi, and the 1984 Anti-Sikh Riots, the police were granted the power to detain individuals under the guise of terrorism.

Allegations arose against the police for killing unarmed suspects in fabricated shootouts and incinerating dead bodies to conceal these crimes. Khalra was diligently investigating four major cases, gathering evidence and eyewitness accounts.

The Central Board of Film Certification in India had suggested 120 cuts to the filmmakers. Given the sensitive nature of the topic, the film's release was uncertain. However, with Diljit’s skyrocketing fame and international recognition, it appears the film will finally be released.
