Dua Lipa Touches Down in Mumbai for Her November 30 Concert

Mumbai, Nov 28 (NationPress) Singer-songwriter Dua Lipa has touched down in Mumbai as she prepares for her concert scheduled for November 30 in the bustling metropolis.

On Thursday, the artist was seen arriving at Kalina Airport in Mumbai, sporting a bright yellow t-shirt teamed with sleek black pants. She appeared slightly tired from her travels as she exited the VIP section of the airport.

This marks her second visit to India and her inaugural live performance here. Dua previously vacationed in Rajasthan, where she enjoyed her time without drawing much attention. However, this trip is all business as she aims to capture the maximum audience.

Indian playback singer Jonita Gandhi will kick off Dua’s performance on November 30. A few days back, Dua expressed her excitement about the mash-up of her hit song ‘Levitating’ with ‘Wo Ladki Jo Sabse Alag Hai’ from the Shah Rukh Khan film ‘Baadshah’.

She mentioned being “blown away” by the viral track and described the mash-up as “amazing”.

Dua Lipa is among the most adored artists of her generation, boasting an impressive collection of accolades including seven Brit Awards and three Grammy Awards. In 2024, Time magazine recognized her as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Before diving into her music career, she worked as a model and signed with Warner Bros. in 2014.

Her self-titled debut album, released in 2017, reached number three on the UK Albums Chart and produced notable singles such as ‘Be the One’, ‘IDGAF’, and the UK number-one hit ‘New Rules’. In 2018, she received the Brit Awards for British Female Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act.
