Mumbai, April 16 (NationPress) As the summer temperatures rise, actress Eshaa Pathak, known for her role as Gauri in the series "Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri" on Sun Neo, has shared her personal strategies for staying cool during the hotter months.

Discussing her summer tips, Eshaa expressed, “One of the greatest challenges for an actor in summer is managing heavy costumes. Once we don them, we still need to perform and move, which can be quite tough in the heat. At times, it becomes so warm and stifling that our makeup melts away! That's the first significant hurdle. Personally, I adore fruits throughout the year—mangoes are my ultimate favorite. Watermelon is essential for me as it provides excellent hydration. Prioritizing fruits is crucial. Additionally, I consume a lot of water—if someone requires 5 liters daily, I likely drink 10! Thus, I never experience dehydration.”

“On set, I make a deliberate effort to keep my mind calm because I believe that if your mind is serene, everything else aligns. Thankfully, we have effective AC on our floor (touchwood!). Hence, staying hydrated both physically and mentally is my fundamental approach,” she added.

She also shared how she unwinds during summer when not filming, “I enjoy visiting tranquil beaches like Marine Lines or other less crowded shores. Even outings to the mountains are refreshing—the breeze feels wonderful once the afternoon sun starts to cool down. However, sometimes, I prefer to stay at home. I have an old-fashioned desi cooler with grass mats on the sides, and I cherish its earthy aroma—it instantly brings back memories of my hometown. So, I switch on the AC due to Mumbai's heat, leave a small window open, and run the cooler to enjoy that nostalgic scent. And when my mom prepares something traditional and comforting, it becomes the ideal way for me to relax.”

"Rishto Se Bandhi Gauri" airs daily at 8:30 PM on Sun Neo.
