Chennai, Oct 2 (NationPress) The producers of director Jayan Nambiar's much-anticipated action-packed film 'Vilaayath Buddha' unveiled an exciting teaser on Thursday, featuring actor Prithviraj as a character named 'Double Mohan'.

Actor Prithviraj took to social media to share the teaser's link, wishing everyone a 'Happy Vijayadashami' while providing links in various languages.

The teaser opens with two police officers discussing 'Double', whose actual name is Mohan. One officer reveals that Double is a key player in sandalwood smuggling and that a significant portion of the business operates through him. He even gets dubbed 'Kutty Veerappan' (Little Veerappan).

The footage portrays Mohan (Prithviraj) as a clever and bold individual who isn't afraid to confront the police. When questioned by an officer, 'Who do you think you are? Pushpa?', Double Mohan retorts, 'Oh, he is international. I am just local.' The teaser hints at a romantic subplot, showcasing Mohan's love interest who supports him unconditionally. It concludes with more powerful figures challenging Mohan's growth, to which he confidently asserts that he has faced enough challenges to command respect.

Produced by Sandip Senan and A V Anoop, with a script penned by G R Indugopan and Rajesh Pinnadan, the film has generated immense excitement among fans and cinephiles.

On the technical side, the film boasts cinematography by Arvind S Kashyap and Renadive, with music by the renowned Jakes Bejoy and editing by Sreejith Sarang. Jithu Sebastian serves as the Art Director, while stunts are choreographed by Rajasekhar, Kalai Kingson, Supreme Sundar, and Mahesh Mathew.
