Mumbai, Feb 28 (NationPress) Farhan Akhtar recently embarked on a reflective journey, revisiting the pivotal moment he met the OG Malegaon boys, Nasir and Shafique.
As his film Superboys of Malegaon premieres in theaters today, Farhan posted a touching message on Instagram, looking back at the project's inception and the path leading to its release. He shared images along with the caption, “As Superboys of Malegaon debuts in theaters today, I can't help but reflect on the time we intersected with the OG Malegaon boys, Nasir and Shafique, back in 2009.”
“This encounter took place at the Osian film festival in Delhi, where the initial idea that blossomed into this film was born. The journey has been lengthy, and I am grateful to everyone who provided both sunshine and rain to facilitate this,” he added.
