Will Actor Gautam Krishna Lead the Biopic of Army Braveheart Murali Naik?

Hyderabad, Aug 19 (NationPress) Vishaan Film Factory has recently declared its plans to produce a biopic focused on the valorous army hero Murali Naik, who made the ultimate sacrifice for his country while on duty. Actor Gautam Krishna has been chosen to portray the lead role in this pan-Indian film.

For those who may not know, Murali Naik, originally from Andhra Pradesh, was stationed at the front lines along the Indo-Pakistan border when he heroically sacrificed his life following India's Operation Sindoor.

The film will be produced by K Suresh Babu under the auspices of Vishaan Film Factory.

During a press conference to unveil the biopic, actor Gautam Krishna expressed, "This isn’t merely a film; it’s the tale of a true hero. No biopic has been made thus far about a Telugu soldier. This is the inaugural biopic dedicated to a Telugu soldier."

Furthermore, he emphasized that the biopic will transcend regional boundaries. "This is not limited to Telugu; we will film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. We aim to take this film to the international audience if possible."

Gautam shared that he had reached out to Murali Naik's family while promoting his previous film, 'Solo Boy', which gave him profound insights into the life of the army hero.

"Murali joined the army to serve our nation. Soldiers like him, who bravely defend our borders, allow us to live peacefully. His story deserves to be known globally. Operation Sindoor marks a significant chapter in our history. The world should be aware of Murali Naik's legacy, who fought valiantly and died as a hero. I feel fortunate to narrate such a compelling tale," he stated.

While seeking the family's consent to create the biopic, Gautam noted that Murali's parents readily agreed, stating, "You must tell this story. Present our son’s life authentically. Introduce him to the nation." He added, "I know very little about Murali, but I was moved to tears while recounting his narrative. We aspire to portray such an extraordinary story."

Producer K Suresh Babu remarked, "Murali Naik's life serves as an inspiration to all. His sacrifice for our country is profound. This story and film will instill pride in every viewer. We are dedicated to bringing Murali Naik's journey to life on a pan-Indian scale."

Murali Naik's parents attended the event, with his father stating, "Murali fought valiantly in Operation Sindoor. I hope Gautam creates a remarkable film about him. I wish it resonates in the hearts of all Indians. As Murali Naik’s parents, we fully support this movie. We are thrilled to see Gautam representing Murali and wish the film tremendous success."
