Los Angeles, Oct 27 (NationPress) Hollywood icon Hugh Jackman and his new partner Sutton Foster enjoyed a memorable date night as they made their red carpet debut.
The pair of Tony Award winners attended the Los Angeles premiere of Jackman’s latest film, ‘Song Sung Blue’, as reported by People.
Dressed in coordinated black ensembles, the 57-year-old Jackman and 50-year-old Foster radiated joy while posing for pictures, embracing in front of the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
According to People, Foster donned an elegant black slip dress featuring spaghetti straps, while Jackman opted for a timeless black suit paired with a crisp white shirt and navy tie. In this film, Jackman stars alongside Kate Hudson.
They portray the real-life Milwaukee couple, Mike and Claire Sardina, who created the band Lightning & Thunder as a tribute to Neil Diamond.
Their romance was confirmed in January this year when they were spotted holding hands during a dinner outing in Santa Monica, California.
Jackman and Foster initially became friends in the early 2000s while both were involved in different stage musicals. They later starred opposite each other in the Broadway revival of Meredith Wilson's The Music Man, which ran from December 2021 to January 2023 at the Winter Garden Theatre.
This relationship blossomed after both went through divorces: Jackman separated from his ex-wife of 27 years, Deborra-lee Furness, in September 2023, while Foster filed for divorce from her ex-husband Ted Griffin in October 2024.
Since they started dating, Jackman and Foster have kept their relationship relatively private. Nevertheless, they have been supportive behind the scenes, with Jackman attending Foster's concerts and her performance in ‘Once Upon a Mattress’, and Foster being present at Jackman's Radio City residency and his recent Off-Broadway play, ‘Sexual Misconduct of the Middle Class’.
Earlier this month, the couple enjoyed another date night in New York City, attending Richard Marx's ‘After Hours Confessions’ show.
