In a video she shared, the Krishna Cottage star revealed that her stunning appearance stems from more than just hydration; it involves a blend of dedicated self-care, effort, and a mindful perspective on health. In the clip, Isha remarked, “It’s not solely about drinking water. It requires significant effort. One must be very conscious of their thoughts. Genetics also play a role, to some extent.”
Isha highlighted the significance of a nutritious diet, mentioning her fondness for an assortment of fruits, including papaya, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and citrus fruits like oranges. She also commits to consuming at least one raw vegetable juice each day to keep her body invigorated and nourished.
“I indulge in numerous fruits, at least 4 or 5 different kinds, such as papaya, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and citrus fruits like oranges. I ensure to have one raw vegetable juice daily. I pay attention to my body,” Koppikar added.
