Mumbai, March 26 (NationPress) Actor Ishaan Khatter has disclosed that he frequently reuses his outfits and emphasized the significance of fitness in his life.
When asked if he supports the idea of wearing the same clothes repeatedly, Ishaan, who served as a muse for designer Pawan Sachdeva at the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour, stated to IANS: “Do I believe in reusing outfits? Absolutely, 100 percent. I wear the same outfits often. In fact, I'm planning to do so again tonight.”
As fashion trends continuously change, how does he manage to stay ahead? Ishaan, the son of actors Nileema Azeem and Rajesh Khatter, remarked: “Fashion is cyclical, much like everything else. Sometimes, the best way to stay ahead is to look back.”
For Ishaan, fitness has become an essential aspect of his lifestyle.
“Fortunately, fitness is part of my job. I had an early start because I'm a dancer, and it benefits me both physically and mentally. It allows me to momentarily escape overthinking, so it's woven into my lifestyle. I adjust my fitness routine based on the roles I take on,” he shared.
Ishaan made his debut as a child actor in the 2005 film Vaah! Life Ho Toh Aisi!, which featured his half-brother Shahid Kapoor. He landed his first leading role in Majid Majidi's drama Beyond the Clouds in 2017.
Subsequently, he appeared in the romantic drama Dhadak and starred in the British miniseries A Suitable Boy and the American miniseries The Perfect Couple.
The actor is gearing up to feature in the series The Royals, alongside Bhumi Pednekar. This project is scheduled for release in 2025.
According to the series teaser, Ishaan plays Aviraaj Singh, the appealing heir to the royal throne of Morpur, who encounters Bhumi's character, Sophia Kanmani Shekhar, a determined CEO. The Royals marks the first collaboration between Ishaan Khatter and Bhumi Pednekar.
In the meantime, Ishaan recently appeared in the music video Pyaar Aata Hai alongside Tara Sutaria. The emotive song features vocals from Rito Riba and Shreya Ghoshal. Produced by Anshul Garg under Play DMF, the video showcases the breathtaking scenery of Kashmir.
Pyaar Aata Hai, which featured Ishaan and Tara's first onscreen collaboration, was released on March 7.
