Mumbai, Jan 17 (NationPress) Actor Ishwak Singh, while filming for “Paatal Lok 2” in the chilly forests and hills, dedicated time to his fitness regimen. He believes it has aided him in connecting with his character Ansari, who embodies focus and determination.
Ishwak reflected, “Discipline isn’t merely about lifting weights or adhering to a routine; it’s about being present for yourself every single day, regardless of the challenges.”
After lengthy shooting hours, he, along with some crew members including the action team, would visit the gym each evening. On busier days, Ishwak creatively maintained his activity levels by walking several kilometers to the set instead of using a car, as stated.
“Regardless of the icy conditions or a hectic schedule, remaining fit provided me with the clarity and strength to advance. It also facilitated my connection with Ansari, who is characterized by focus and determination,” he mentioned.
The upcoming season of Paatal Lok unfolds in the northeastern state of Nagaland, featuring the lead character Hathi Ram Chaudhary, portrayed by Jaideep Ahlawat, who collaborates with his partner Imran Ansari, played by Ishwak, to probe the enigmatic disappearance of a migrant worker linked to a dangerous drug syndicate.
