Actress Jannat Zubair has addressed the persistent link-up rumours circulating between her and content creator Elvish Yadav, calling the speculation 'a little too much' while acknowledging the warmth of fan support that sparked it. The remarks came during a conversation with reporters on 4 August in Mumbai.

Zubair was candid but measured in her response, drawing a clear line between fan enthusiasm and romantic speculation. 'I can't say anything about it. I mean, it's something that's been going on for years. If they see someone and they like their bond, their friendship, they often become a hashtag. Often people start linking them. But I don't think you should link them. Linking is something that is a little too much,' she said.

The 'Glory' actress added that she finds fan-made edits and dedicated pages genuinely touching. 'If someone likes it, then I think it's okay to love them, to support them, to make their fan pages or address and do all of that. I think that is very sweet and we appreciate that. That is absolutely no problem. But I just think that if we keep the link-up aside, then everything else is okay and welcome,' Jannat said.

The speculation reportedly gained momentum after Zubair and Yadav appeared together as co-contestants on the cooking reality show 'Laughter Chefs', where the two were frequently seen sharing jokes and displaying an easy camaraderie on screen.
