Mumbai, Jan 15 (NationPress) Filmmaker Karan Johar reflected on his initial encounter with choreographer-director Farah Khan and amusingly disclosed that she dozed off while watching the film “Main Azaad Hoon”, featuring Amitabh Bachchan, in a cinema hall.
Farah came to Karan's residence to record segments for her cooking vlog, where she expressed that the creator of “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahani” is a long-time friend.
Karan recounted that his first meeting with Farah took place during the preview of “Main Azaad Hoon”, which became one of Big B’s notable flops.
“Main Farah ko mere bachpan se jaanta hun. Jab main bahut chota tha aur main ek picture dekh raha tha jahan Farah so gayi thi. Film ka naam tha Main Azaad Hoon. (I have known Farah since my childhood. When I was very young, I was watching a movie where Farah had fallen asleep. The name of the film was Main Azaad Hoon.)”
