Mumbai, Aug 6 (NationPress) Actor-director Kayoze Irani, who has been receiving positive feedback for his directorial debut ‘Sarzameen’, is now looking to create a comedy film as his next project.
In an interview with IANS during the promotional activities for ‘Sarzameen’, Kayoze expressed his long-standing aspiration to be a director. He shared that the opportunity arose unexpectedly when Bollywood's versatile figure Karan Johar cast him in ‘Student of the Year’, which also marked the debut of stars like Alia Bhatt, Sidharth Malhotra, and Varun Dhawan.
Kayoze revealed to IANS, “I've always wanted to be a director. It just so happened by chance that Karan offered me the film. I agreed to do it because I thought it would help me understand the actor's experience, something I had never encountered.
