Mumbai, Nov 6 (NationPress) Actor R. Madhavan recently shared his insights on collaborating with Ajay Devgn in their forthcoming film “De De Pyaar De 2.”
The actor, known for “Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein,” described the experience of working alongside Ajay as both motivational and creatively fulfilling, as he felt genuinely appreciated and respected throughout the filming process. Madhavan commended Ajay for fostering a positive and cooperative atmosphere, enabling every actor to deliver their best, which made the shoot an unforgettable experience for him.
In his statement, R. Madhavan remarked, “On set, like Ajay sir, I don't compete. The whole idea is to do the best we can for the character and the film. I’ve learnt from Ajay sir that when the story works, the film works; everything works for everyone. If I focus solely on my performance and feel insecure, that's the wrong mindset towards a film.”
He further elaborated, “With Ajay Sir, I have the freedom and the comfort level is incredible. He makes it so easy for us to work that I go beyond what’s written. He allows me that freedom, as did Anshul and Luv. Although we were previously arch rivals in “Shaitaan,” this time it feels more like friendly competition.”
Madhavan continued, “One of the reasons I agreed to be part of this project is that I feel truly special on set with him. I feel completely valued and treated like royalty. For an actor, that’s the best scenario possible.”
